Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned fashion pieces, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
